Genoa Italy Exploratory Trip

Pastor Joshua grew up in a Christian family all over the world as his dad was in the Navy. After graduating from Bryan College with B.A. in Bible, he spent a year as a church-planting intern in Central Italy. Missions has been a central part of his life as he had already been to Ukraine, Brazil, Tanzania, Mexico and twice to Italy on short term teams in his high school and college years. That year as a church-planter turned into 10 more as a full-time church-planter/pastor in Italy. During that time he met and married his wife Carmela and their 3 daughters were all born and raised in Italy. In 2012, he stepped off the field to attend The Master’s Seminary in order to be better equipped for the ministry working towards an M.Div (2015) and a Th.M (2018) while serving at Grace Community Church. In 2021 the Lord brought him to Placerita Bible Church where he serves as the Executive Pastor. He finished his Ph.D focusing on Roman Catholic Theology in 2025. He is also an adjunct faculty member at both TMU and TMS.
