How do I sign up for Grace Media?

You may sign up for Grace Media using any of the following methods and watch all of the content for free.

Sign up with Mobile Number
After submitting your phone number for sign-up, you will be texted a code to verify your number. Once you sign in you will be able to manage the devices your account is logged into.

Sign up with existing accounts
Sign in with Google or Apple

How do I subscribe to Grace Media?

Grace Media is free. There is no subscription necessary. You only need to create an account to view the content.

How do I change my existing password?

If you logged in using an account with Google or Apple, you will need to follow the steps on those services to change your password. If you logged in using your phone number, no password is needed. Simply enter your phone number again, and a code will be sent to your mobile phone to verify your identity.

Can I cancel my delete my account?

Yes, simply navigate to “Accounts & Settings” then select the “Settings” tab. Click the button labeled “Delete Account.” Please note, your account will be deleted across all platforms. After account deletion, if you try to log in using the same account credentials, you will be treated as a new user and all your past history and saves will not be available.

How can I add to my Watchlist?

To add a video to your Watchlist, on the video details page, click on the "Add to Watchlist" option. To view your complete Watclist, click on your account and select "My Watchlist."

Does Grace Media offer HD resolution videos?

We allow you to change the resolution while watching content up to 1080P manually. However, you can also watch content in “auto” mode, and the resolution will adjust depending on the internet speed.
