Giving FAQ
Where can I see my giving history?
Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Online Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. If you would like to see all giving, including cash and check gifts, please contact the Accounting Department at giving@gracechurch.org.
How do I request a year-end statement?
Statements are mailed every year on January 31. If you have not received a statement by mail, please contact the Accounting Department at giving@gracechurch.org.
How do I stop recurring giving?
Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Online Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. Locate the recurring gift under the “Recurring Gifts” heading and select the “Stop Gift” option in the “Stop” column. Once the recurring gift is stopped, you will see the date it was ended.
How do I change credit card information/amount?
Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Online Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. Locate the recurring gift under the “Recurring Gifts” heading. To change the card information, select the card’s last four digits in the "Card" column, edit the card information, and select "Update Payment" to save the changes. To change the amount, select the dollar value in the "Amount" column, edit the sum, and select "Change this Gift Amount" to save the change.
How do I know if my gift has been stopped?
Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Online Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. Locate the recurring gift under the “Recurring Gifts” heading. If the gift has been stopped, the “Stop” column will show the date it was ended. If the recurring gift is active, you will see “Stop Gift.”
What do I do if I gave to the wrong ministry or missionary?
To correct the recipient of your gift, please contact the Accounting Department at giving@gracechurch.org.
How do I give to a missionary instead of Grace Church?
You can give to a specific missionary by selecting one from the “Ministries” drop-down menu on the International Outreach page, or by searching for an individual missionary. GMI missionaries can receive one-time and recurring gifts.
How do I give to an STM Team Member?
You can give to an STM Team Member by selecting their name from the drop down menu at the bottom of the Short-Term Ministries page. If you cannot find the name you are looking for, please wait and check back at a later date.
