For nearly two decades, Camp Regeneration has been an annual testament to the life-changing work of the Word. Every summer, high school students from across the country gather for a Scripture-saturated week focused on the person and work of Christ. Over the years, many have come to faith in Christ, while others have experienced a week of radical growth. This year, from July 19 to 25, over 1,200 high school students will travel to Camp Regen in Glorieta, New Mexico for a week of epic fun, biblical preaching, and Christ-exalting worship. As is true every year, we are excited for this vital ministry that allows our students to enjoy an amazing, fun-filled week that at the core prioritizes God’s Word.

This year’s theme is “We Believe.” The first generation of believers were warned by the apostle Paul that deceptive doctrines, disingenuous leaders, and distracting schemes would be a constant threat to their faith in Christ (Eph. 4:14). Throughout the church’s history, there has been no shortage of error and distortion of the gospel, particularly with regard to the person and work of Jesus Christ. And it has prompted pastors, leaders, and believers throughout the ages to recognize that what we believe about Jesus matters, and even more so, that it is truth essential to genuine, saving faith.

Today, we face the very same dangers Paul warned the Ephesians of—but in the technological age, these dangers creep into our lives through ordinary, everyday means. Young people construct their system of beliefs through out-of-context sermon snippets, Instagram reel clickbait, and TikTok gurus’ opinions. These ear-tickling pastors and influencers pile up followers and likes but share little knowledge of truth that is of any substance.

Belief is a noble thing, but belief is only as valuable as what you believe in. In a world of confusion, relativity, philosophies, and new ideas, we must be certain of what we believe. In God’s Word there is no ambiguity—about who God is, about who we are, about sin, about eternity, or a multitude of other truths. And if we are to believe rightly on any of these things, the God of heaven has commanded that it is of utmost importance that we believe in His Son, Jesus Christ.

Our prayer is that students who are searching for the truth would find it by believing in Him who is the Truth and guides us in all truth (Jn. 16:13). We want students who are confused about life—its meaning and purpose—to see that God clearly calls them to repentance and belief in Jesus (Mk. 1:15). And we want students who know Christ as Savior to be strengthened and deepened in their convictions to fend off the world’s threats and be assured of their salvation (Heb. 11:1). Join us in praying for God’s bountiful work at Camp Regen this year as we seek to disciple students to be followers of Jesus who believe and know with certainty what they believe!

Ways to Partner

Camp Regeneration has always been a “whole church” ministry. It cannot exist without the partnership and support of the entire body. There are two primary ways you can help.

Pray. The greatest support you can provide is prayer. Our biggest need is for the Lord to be at work in our camp. We would love prayer for unbelievers to come, for the preaching, for conversion, and for spiritual growth.

Give. You can also partner with us by contributing to the Camp Scholarship Fund—a financial resource that allows us to say “yes” to our students and their unsaved friends who otherwise would not be able to attend. You can provide a full scholarship ($569), half-scholarship ($285), or any amount you feel led to give.

Our church family plays a critical role in the ministry we do at Camp Regen, and for that, we’re thankful. With camp just one month away, we eagerly anticipate seeing fruit as the Lord works through His Word and through His church.

Support a student and their family by blessing them with a summer camp scholarship. This can be an incredible way to encourage a family in need and make it possible for a high schooler to attend a life-changing camp with Grace Church!
